CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Here at Groton Station House Restaurant we are working hard to ensure the safety of our staff and clientele. We have implemented some additional safety measures as we reopen our facility. We’ve been taking our time to reopen to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
As always, we have a professional cleaning service come in and do a deep clean of the restaurant every single day. Quality Cleaning Services (thecompanycleaner.com) has been building their business for twenty-two years now. Their motto is, “We don’t cut corners, we clean them.” The owner, Matt Chapman, cares about the environment and uses only natural products. His business won the “Best Cleaning Award” in 2020. Matt Chapman provided proper cleaning technics to our staff who will be disinfecting the tables and chairs in between customers.
When you revisit the Groton Station House this fall, you will notice some changes. Masks are required to enter the restaurant. Each of our staff members wear masks. Our kitchen staff is taking extra precautions handling and preparing the food. We have configured the tables to be six feet apart and are limiting the amount of patrons inside the building. You will find several hand sanitizing stations around the building, one of which is near the breezeway entry. Feel free to use these! Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone who is exhibiting symptoms.
We are providing one-time use menus. Alternatively, we have the menu available online for those who would like to view it on their personal mobile devices. We have a sign on the hostess stand with a QR code that will lead you to the menu webpage, which is GrotonStationHouse.com/menu.
We welcome you back into our restaurant. Cheers to our health!
